About Us
ILT was created in response to a challenge faced by many young people: completing school with numerous study options but no clear career direction.
We believe students should not begin their next chapter by asking only, “Which course should I take?” They should first ask, “Who do I want to become?”
That belief shapes the way we approach education.
ILT helps students explore career directions and connect them with recognised qualifications, practical learning, personal development and preparation for the workplace. Our purpose is not simply to enrol students in programmes. It is to help them make better-informed decisions about their futures.

We believe qualifications become more powerful when combined with confidence, communication, leadership and practical skills.
We also believe every student deserves to be heard, guided and treated as an individual.

At ILT, education begins with direction.
Because students should not simply leave with something to place on their CV. They should leave with a clearer understanding of where they are going—and greater confidence in their ability to get there.
