Dear ILT Team,

Thank you for giving me the opportunity to share my experience.

Overall, I had a good experience with the Chinese language course at ILT. The classes were well organized, and the lecturer was knowledgeable, patient, and explained the lessons clearly. The teaching style was engaging and made learning Chinese enjoyable. The academic environment was friendly and supportive throughout the course.

One area that I believe could be improved is providing recordings of each lesson. Students may occasionally miss a class due to work or personal commitments, and having access to lesson recordings would greatly help them catch up and avoid falling behind. I was disappointed that recordings were not available, as this would have made the learning experience even better.

Apart from this, I am satisfied with the quality of the course and appreciate the efforts of the lecturer and the ILT team. Thank you for providing a valuable learning experience.
